Haul Spring sells a custom delivered-to-Alaska order, not a retailer’s own checkout.
Payment in full
Instant quotes are paid in full at checkout. You are buying a custom fulfillment service: we confirm we can do the job, then we purchase the item and move it to your Alaska address.
We confirm before we buy
After payment, a person verifies freight and the supplier. We do not automatically buy from the retailer. If we cannot fulfill, we refund you in full and we do not purchase the item.
Custom orders
Once we have confirmed and purchased — especially made-to-order windows, doors, and similar pieces — the goods are typically non-returnable. Standard catalog items follow the supplier’s policy plus the cost of freight back south.
Delivery
Home or jobsite, typically curbside. We do not promise inside-home placement. Inspect at delivery and note damage before the driver leaves.
Quotes
Instant prices expire (72 hours by default). Manual quotes are issued only after a person signs off. We do not invent product prices.
